Change or Cancel an Order
You may usually change or cancel
an order if it has not already dispatched by contacting Customer Services.
If your order has dispatched, then you should follow the
guidelines set out under the Returns/ Exchange section.

Adding an Item to an OrderIf you Telephone our office we will
do our best to add an item to your order, but in most cases,
this is not possible, as orders are sent to the warehouse
for packing as soon as they come in. You will usually have
to make a new order with the additional item.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
Returns
& Exchange Policy
Extended Returns Period for Christmas: Items ordered between
1st December and 22nd December may be returned up to 10th
January 2007.
Under the United Kingdom Distance Selling Regulations you
have the right to cancel your order for any reason and receive
a full refund. If, however, your order has already shipped,
you will need to return the item to us. (Certain items - including
some jewellery and underwear - may not be returned for hygiene
reasons).
If you decide you do not want a product,
then you can return it to us at the address below. As long
as the product is still in mint condition, and has not been
used, worn, damaged or washed, then we will refund you the
full cost of the item.
Sorry, we cannot refund
the cost of returning an item to us.
Please ensure that you are
not wearing any products such as deodorant, perfume, make-up
or fake tan that may leave a scent or a mark when trying on
an item. We will not be able to accept returns of marked items.
In order to qualify for
a refund, you must return the item within 14 days of receipt.
If we receive a return after
that time then we may at our discretion issue a store credit.
Please note that sale items
may only be returned for a store credit.
Some items cannot be returned
for hygeine purposes - these include jewellery and underwear.
How to make a Return

Contact Customer Services using the email form, and let us know if you require a refund or an exchange.

Please package the item securely, enclosing the original
documentation OR a short note with your Name, Address,
Order Number, and the reason for the Return.

To avoid delay, please clearly
mark the reverse of the package "RETURNED ITEMS".

return using a Registered Mail service. |

| Incorrect Item Delivered If the item is not what you ordered,
faulty, damaged, or just not in the sort of perfect condition
you have every right to expect, then we will give you back
your money, plus any cost you have spent sending it to us
(just send it back registered mail).
We will happily exchange
the item once we have received it - just follow the instructions
under Returns (above).
We are sorry, but we cannot
send out any replacement product - even if it is wrong or
damaged - until we have received the first product back, unless
you do a Speed Exchange (see below).
Please note that the value
of any refund for postage incurred by you in returning an
item to us will not exceed our standard delivery charges.
So please send it Registered Mail, and do not use next day
International Couriers! |

| Order Part Delivered We may Part Dispatch your order if
one or more items are at a separate location (e.g. in our
warehouse or in store) or if an item is out of stock. Check
your Order Status for more information.

Standard Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item
for an item of the same value, please follow the instructions
under Returns (above) and include a note to say which item
you wish to exchange it to. You should always Contact us before
you send anything back, so that we know it is coming, and
can advise you if the exchange product is available. |

Speed ExchangesIf you require an exchange in a hurry,
please Telephone us and tell us that you want to do a Speed
Exchange.
We will order you a replacement item, Pre-Authorise your Credit/
Debit Card with a charge you for the replacement (but not
charge you), waive your shipping costs, and send it straight
out. As soon as we receive the Return, we will refund your
original purchase and complete the payment for the replacement
item. |

| Refunds
Any refunds are for the value of the
items you purchased at the time you purchased them. We refund
you the same way you purchased the items - so a refund to
your Credit Card if you used a Credit Card.
If for any reason
we are unable to refund in the form of tender originally used,
we will either send a cheque or provide a Store Credit.

Product Reduced After PurchaseSorry, but if the product you ordered
is reduced in price at a later date, we cannot refund you
the difference. |

Vouchers & Coupons
How to use
If you have received a Voucher
/ Coupon Code, it will be in one of three formats:
- % Off Total price, including postage
- A fixed GBP amount valid off the Total Price
- Free Shipping
You can use the Code at
the Checkout stage to discount the total value of your order.
Simply enter your coupon code into the Vouchers/ Coupon Box
and click Continue.
Some coupons are limited
to certain Products or to one or more Designers.
Most coupons can be used
only once, and all Coupons expire after a fixed date.
If you are returned to the
payment page after entering a coupon code, it may mean that
the Coupon Code has been entered incorrectly or that the Coupon
has expired.
You can only use one
Coupon code at a time; so if you have more than one, choose
the one that discounts the most!

The intellectual property rights on
all software made available to users of the Discoo.co.uk website
remains the property of Discoo and its partners. You are not
permitted to publish, reproduce or distribute any images or
textual content without our prior written consent.
Retail of Products
When you make an order you are offering
to purchase a product from us at a price that will be confirmed
subsequent to any offer. If an item advertised on the website
is incorrectly priced at the time of your order, Discoo is
under no contractual obligation to supply that item at the
incorrect price. Any offer to purchase will be fulfilled subject
to availability.
Under the United Kingdom Distance Selling Regulations you
have the right to cancel your order for any reason without
penalty prior to its dispatch and receive a full refund. If
an order has dispatched we cannot refund any postage costs
incurred by us, nor refund postage costs incurred in returning
items. In order to qualify for a refund, the products must
be in their original condition, unworn and unmarked.
